Capitol Reef National Park

I'm running short of time, so will skip most of the introduction to the park. The main thing about this park is the massive folds created millions of years ago when the earth was still stabilizing. Ancient Fremont Indians and Mormon presence is still visible through artifacts such as petroglyths, farm houses and schoolhouse. Again, in this red rock region of the Colorado Plateau, there are infinite interesting rock formations mostly in reddish color. There are mountains and canyons.
